Build with AI agents over MCP
Connect iDos Games to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client - one remote server works with your live apps, a local one gives agents the SDK modules and skills.
iDos Games has two MCP servers: a remote one for your live apps and a local one with code modules and skills. Connect them to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any other MCP client, and the agent can set up the app's economy, generate assets, write code with the platform SDK and publish builds. Step-by-step buttons for every client are on idosgames.com/mcp.
The two servers
| Server | Address | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| App data (remote, OAuth) | https://site.idosgames.com/api/v2/mcp | Finds your apps, reads and changes LiveOps settings (currencies, store, quests, events, leaderboards), generates images, sound, music, video and 3D, uploads and deploys builds |
| Code (local) | npx -y @idosgames/mcp | Ready modules (templates and systems), the project scaffold, skills for every part of the TypeScript SDK and exact package versions |
Connect Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http idosgames https://site.idosgames.com/api/v2/mcp
claude mcp add idosgames-registry -- npx -y @idosgames/mcp
Restart the session, run /mcp and sign in to "idosgames" in the browser window that opens. Then ask the agent to
load the skill idosgames-getting-started and help you build your first app.
Connect Cursor, Codex or another agent
Add both servers to your MCP config:
{
"mcpServers": {
"idosgames": { "url": "https://site.idosgames.com/api/v2/mcp" },
"idosgames-registry": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "@idosgames/mcp"] }
}
}
Restart the agent, sign in to "idosgames" in the browser window that opens and start with the skill
idosgames-getting-started.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT
Add a custom connector with the address https://site.idosgames.com/api/v2/mcp. On first use the assistant asks you
to sign in to iDos Games and pick the apps it may work with. The exact menu path for each assistant is shown on
idosgames.com/mcp.
What to ask
- "Create a store with three coin packs and a daily deal."
- "Generate an icon for the sword item and put it into the store."
- "Use the leaderboard system and show the top 100 by score."
- "Upload my build and deploy it."
The agent works only with the apps you allowed, and publishing posts to social networks needs a separate permission.
Built builds are published the same way as from the AI coder - see publishing.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key?
No. The remote server uses sign-in in the browser. On first use you sign in to iDos Games and choose which apps the assistant may work with.
Which server do I need?
For chat assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT - the remote app data server. For coding agents on your computer - both; the local one works without sign-in and offline.
