The top 3 Solana games of the hackathon

1st place: IMPERIVM

IMPERIVM is an imperial card battler where crypto culture becomes tactics. You read a public spell queue, build faction combinations and defeat the rival Treasury. It has 99 cards, nine rulers, free starter decks and a browser arena, and training works without a wallet, so it is an easy first game to try.

2nd place: Asyq Atu

Asyq Atu brings the traditional game of Kazakh knucklebones to Solana. You flick your shooter, knock pieces out of the ring and climb the leaderboard.

3rd place: Escape From A Short Escape

Escape From A Short Escape is a top-down pixel-art survival game. Explore the island, gather resources, craft items and repair the boat to get away. Players sign in with a Solana wallet.

Places 4 to 10: 250 USDG each

  • Bloody Steak mixes a kitchen simulator with stealth assassinations.
  • Outcast is social deduction for up to 15 players: complete tasks and find the traitors across five modes and four maps, with friends or solo against bots.
  • Grind Heroes is a fast idle RPG. Build a party of knights, archers and mages, collect gear by rarity and push through acts full of enemies and bosses.
  • AstanaVis Bro is a hub of three mini-games: merging balls, sorting liquid and assembling cakes. Shared levels and currency unlock collectible cards, and a Solana token buys special card sets.
  • Casecremental is an incremental game about opening cases and selling skins.
  • Fragment is a co-op browser puzzle for four. Each player holds part of a clue, and an old radio listens to the chat and blocks direct answers, so you have to talk in metaphors.
  • Dala Batyrs is an idle RPG where the hero fights alone while you upgrade the gear.

Places 11 to 20: 100 USDG each

  • SolSnake: multiplayer snake on a shared arena. Eat, grow, boost and beat other players and bots.
  • Into the Delve: a turn-based tactical roguelike in a dark fantasy dungeon. There is no timer, and every weapon type has its own attack shape.
  • Lora Craft: a voxel sandbox where you dig and build, and AI creates the world from a description.
  • SOLAMOON: an idle RPG where the hero fights while you improve the gear.
  • Asar 23:59: a pixel game about a student racing across campus to reach the printer before the deadline.
  • PULSE STRIKE: a 5v5 team shooter for desktop and phone browsers, with cases, skins and a marketplace on Solana.
  • SPOILS!: a top-down PvP extraction shooter. You keep only what you extract, and every item on the market was looted by a real player.
  • WildGround: a territory capture arcade against one to six bots.
  • Cyber Defense: Zero Day: tower defense on a motherboard. Catch data packets and build firewalls and spam filters against viruses.
  • Magic Slime: you play as the slimes a heroine summons, not the heroine, on the way to a sacred crystal in the monsters' castle.

How the winners were chosen

The final score was split evenly between the jury and the community.

Part of the scoreWeight
Jury: creativity and originality20% of the total (40% of the jury score)
Jury: gameplay and usability15% of the total (30% of the jury score)
Jury: Solana integration10% of the total (20% of the jury score)
Jury: execution5% of the total (10% of the jury score)
Community: likes plus 2 points per follower50% of the total

Community points were capped at 300 so that a large audience alone could not decide the result. Only accounts with a verified email counted, and votes from a game's author and team did not.

How the games were built

The requirements were strict about the result and open about the tools. A game had to run, be built on the iDos Games engine, and have a token on Solana mainnet with a meaningful Solana integration. Teams could use the iDos Games AI coder right in the browser, or connect their own AI agent, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, through MCP.

That is why a hackathon like this can produce a shooter, a co-op puzzle and a card battler side by side. Accounts, leaderboards, rooms and hosting already come with the engine, so teams spend their time on the idea.

Want to make your own Solana game?

You can follow the same path outside a contest. Start with how to make a game with AI or, if you already use a coding agent, with how to make a game with Claude Code. Then read how to make a crypto game with your own token and launching a token.

New events appear on the contests page. Congratulations to all 20 winning teams, and thanks to Superteam Kazakhstan for running this hackathon with us.
